I missed this one this morning - excellent shot Jeanette!Still trying to figure out if its another poster or a shot of a statue with a frame! Nice effect!

Ehh - don?t get what you mean. OK, it?s the same poster, but what do you mean by frame?

well in the other pics in this series i figured the outline or "frame" to be the wall the posters were on.But in this image, taking into account the title - i thought it was a photo of a statue and you had added a frame. - does that make sense??

Ahh - no it?s not a poster on a wall in any way. I transferred from slide to polaroid, from polaroid I lifted off the emolusion and catched it up on aquarelle paper which has a secial surface/texture. The so called frame is the paper outside the emolusion.

yesterday I saw this one in thumbnails but then I forgot to have a look in the whole one; the subject and cropping is very nice and may be I will follow in future this idea; the superimposing of texture detracts a bit in that it confused some sharpness of the image; it may however be improved by different level merging methods available in most software

Thankyou Antonio! Have to say that the texture derrives from the paper which I used for catching up the emolusion. The paper is aquarelle Arches water colour paper and it has this special structure. And I do want to keep it so.
This serie is now completed but sometimes in the future there will be more.

The transferes are very finely done. I'm spoiled by Photoshop, and doing the same look with filters. Nothing better than the real thing though. Images are thought provoking in this series. cheers, Rick
