Excellent composition, and the blur of the water is just right. How'd this pic look in color?

Hi Jeff, thanks for all the comments - always appreciated. Here's this one in color, I wasn't sure about the brightly colored leaves in the bottom left:

Love the tonality and misty appearance of the water. Nicely done.

Chris,
You have captured a excellent image. I saw both of the version and I am more impressed by the color version. The leavs on bottom left corner gives me a bonding to the water the rocks and a perspective to the image.

Chris:

The colored leaves are what make the composition great - I'd go with the color image. Hard to tell in the small versions online though.

You do some absolutely fabulous work Chris. Your field of interest seems to be quite the same as mine. I shall add you to my "friends" list and watch for your new postings!

James Hager   {K:6285} 12/26/2004
Perfect composition with the falls going diagonally across the frame and the leaves in the lower left to provide some interest there. Wonderful range to tones too. Great shot!
