Another great portrait marred only by the sharpness issue. Are these being shot handheld, without a tripod? Or perhaps its a jpeg-compression issue. I find when I have to shrink a shot for posting, I usually must compensate for the loss of sharpness by applying a 50% sharpen filter in Photoshop. An unsharp mask filter might also help. Hope to see more great photos of this model.
