Ameed, this is really incredible. I was working on a crocodile image to be submitted last night. And this morning I awake to find you have submitted this image. I will hold off submitting mine for a while I think. Great minds think alike.

Your capture, however, is very eerie. The mist surrounding it keeps people at bay from being able to see the whole picture and yet shows enough to keep people at arms length. Keeps people intrigued. A bit of mystery. Well done.

Judi

Very nicely presented.

What teeth!

Nice shot, very well done. love the fog. and the colors!

Its not real, though is it? It looks like the plastic one advertising the real thing. or an animatronic for a movie. tell me if i'm wrong/right.

Maja Gligoric   {K:13402} 10/16/2004

My Hat Up Sam :) you the are only one who got it :) it is not real, i took this picture at Niagara falls last summer, it was some kind of advertisement, and guess what, it was in the open air in the street, i was really amazed to see the result when i downloaded my pictures, i thought to included in my animals and wile life series to see if there is any one can catch it, or if i would get an award :) i think i wasn't' lucky enough lol, btw, does it loose its charm when you know it is a toy?! Thanks and regards,

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42185} 10/18/2004

no loss in charm, it is as I stated beforehand, a well done photo, like a 1950's movie scene 'the creature from the niagara lagoon' ;-)
