Emotionally very intense, the idea of protection and yet of pain it gives...I don't know if you've meant to refer the title to one of the best songs by Tom Waits..in case you haven't I'd suggest you should listen to it (Tom Waits, "Take it with me" from the album "Mule Variations") and see if that matches your shot.
