what a beautiful shy smile you captured here, I just want to hug her ;-). I think the B&W is stronger, if you could adjust the level a bit (u can use the curve in ps) to adjust the lighting.

Beautiful looking girl and the depth of field is perfect. Considering the bright sunlight you have managed to avoid the strong sunlight which can cause problems with shadows. There are some but nothing that distracts. Excellent.

Great portrait, Khaled. You are really good at portraits, and especially children. The light is just right and DOF is perfect.
(very small thought: I might have shifted the center a little to the left to bring the girl's face closer to the right hand edge and to give her hand a little more breathing space)
Its nice when people come to you and ask if you can take their picture instead of the usual opposite!
