How beautiful is this??!! How wonderful, it almost brings tears to my eyes to see the innocense of it all. What a great photo. Very heart warming.

A classic capture of a newborn and works very nicely in black and white :)

Karen Ferranti   {K:2941} 10/25/2004
Beautiful! Babies grow so fast it is so easy to forget how small they were when they started life.

Jeanette Hägglund   {K:59907} 10/25/2004
The mystery of life.... the difference between newborn and adults, smooth babyskin and a mans skin. Very nice done and a lovley image.
Thankyou for your comment...

Jeanette

The strong hand of a man versus the small baby ... well seen & composed!

no words - just 7 :)

There is a golden rule for photographers - if you want to transport a message you must feel it before you press the shutter - i think the feeling was just right ...

What a wonderful remark to make to me, Luis. I'm happy you like my work so much. It makes it a pleasure to share it. Thank you sincerely. Toni

So very precious.
Toni, I have just been spending time looking through your wonderful portfolio. I've not been here before. I joined UF just last month on the suggestion of a friend. Being just new to trying to take good pictures (3 months) I am well aware that my pictures are not of high quality. However, I have received some very encouraging comments and I do hope to learn from this forum. Here I am looking at your pictures when I am supposed to be doing some work. So, I must go and do it as I don't think blaming you would float. I love your style of picture taking and have added 2 to my favourites.

Thank you Mary, and welcome to Usefilm. Only 3 months taking pictures and you figured out what to do with the telescope already! And you found Usefilm. I've been taking pictures for many years and I'm afraid I'm not as quick a study as many I meet here. This is one of the best places -- most rewarding and entertaining -- to spend time. But watch out...it is addicting! I have found myself here rather than doing other things I should be doing, including sleeping, many times. It is a fantastic creative outlet and there are lots of people who are eager to share. If you are open to critique, be sure to open the door for people so they will feel comfortable and you will find that you will get LOADS of help. Fabulous place to learn. Make friends and reciprocate and you will have a blast. I got your e:mail. Thank you so much.

Toni, you are so right, UF is addictive. It is so hard to keep up with all the new pictures. Then one picture leads somewhere else. I will be sure to mention in my Bio, when I get around to doing it, that I am absoluyelt open to suggestions. That's why I'm here, to learn. Re your telescope comment--I am much more confident using my scope than my camera. Just thought I'd hold my camera to it and it worked okay. I belong to a wonderful group and we have a blast.
