This one is my all time favorite. There are a lot of Madonna photos but this takes it one step further. She can remember the first time she held her first child a memory that no mother ever forgets. It is full of wisdom and purity.

Thanks, Carsten. I'm glad you noticed this, as it's one of my favorite portraits that I've done. The grandmother has the most gentle way and I cried when I saw this picture come up on my viewer after the shoot. That's the first and only time I've done that. T.
