This is a great shot, the colours are excellent and I love the way all the little shapes just seem to grab the eye.

Ooooo, I love shrooms! This is a marvelous capture. Lots of rich color and texture! Nice lighting, too! No "undergrowth blue" shading as is typical.

I might have removed the twig from the left just because it leads the eye away and past the subject; however some might consider that 'cheating'. :-)

Or were you intending to point attention to the little lost shroom on the edge? It's a cutie!

Thanks for the comments.

If I had noticed it I would probably have removed the grass on the left. But on reflection I think it balances some of the sticks on the right.

I've got no problem cheating if it get's the image right!
