About I have never seen this fungal growth before but it was so bright against the greens and browns of the vegetation.

If anyone knows what it is I'd be interested to know.

No idea what it is, but it does look like something from an alien invasion doesn't it!

Dear Neil,

It looks like russian olive ( oleaster) maybe I am making it up as I imagine now :)If it were alien species I would surely feel / see Natasha Henstridge in it :)
