well come back friend.

This one brought a smile to me. He looks in deep conversation with the village below. Gives a new meaning to the phrase 'talking down' or 'patronising' or 'condesending'.....

very nice indeed.
regards,
ken.

Hi Surya, Great shot, where one would normally expect a nice mountain view in such an image, there suddenly is that dare-devil showing the view, but absorbing all attention. Very well composed, and a great image! Very creative!

Cheers,

Hugo

Jorge Vasconcelos   {K:33746} 11/14/2004
If this is not from heaven, is "over" heaven...
Thanks for your comments to my Iguazu picture. The falls are more than an hundred,in the Argentine-Brasil border. But the most stunning places are in the Argentina side.It was a gloomy day-nothing I could do to help- very, very cold, but the beauty of the place is unique. In Niagara we?ve a plain, town, two falls, all in the civilization. In Iguaçu (Brasil) and Iguazu(Argentina) a set of falls,in the tropical jungle, with trails for us to work and "discover" the hidden beauty of the place.
Regards
jorge

Nando Mondino   {K:13989} 11/14/2004
Excellent image my friend!

Neil White   {K:9064} 11/14/2004
Surya,

Definitly WOW. I thought I took enough risks learning to fly. But I can't stand heights and this is so effective it almost makes me feel sick!

(Funny, but I don't have a problem in an aircraft but put me next to a cliff and I'm on my knees!)

You have a wonderfully varied collection of photographs and I like you very much appreciate how much I learn here.

Neil

Richard Thornton   {K:26442} 11/14/2004

Dr. Rafael Springmann   {K:86479} 12/5/2004
Wow indeed, Sruya (I hope this is what I can call you and that it was not a mis-spelling of your name). This is a photo the likes of which is rarely seen. It looks asd if all of India is spread at the feet of the man sitting on the rock.
I don't remember if I told you that I had been in India in 1982 and as proof I attach a photo taken inside the Taj Mahal. I also wanted to ask you if you were interested my book, sent to you by e mail at no cost to you. Despite its name, "Dialogues with Schizophrenia - the Art of Psychotherepy", it deals with psychotherapy from various angles, not necessarily about schizophrenia and derspite being a professional book, it was written with the non mental-health professional also in mind. Of course I would need your e mail address for that. I presume that I can find it in your webpage, but I still need your agreement and in case you agree I'll write "Greetings from Rafi Springmann" in the subject line. My e mail address is in my bio.
Thank you for you kind coment on my "Glass horse".
Best regards,
Rafi

Dr. Rafael Springmann   {K:86479} 12/5/2004
Dear Sruya,
I see that I already told you that I had been to India and sent you the photo I mentioned previously. The offer to send the book, however, still stands.
Best regards,
Rafi

Shiv Kumar Surya   {K:13192} 12/6/2004
Dr. Springmann!
Thanks for your kind words on this image...!

It is my pleasure to get a copy of your book. I am sending you an mail too.

Regards,
'Surya'

Dr. Rafael Springmann   {K:86479} 12/7/2004
Dear Sruya,
I think it's time you callrd me Rafi.
Best regards,
Rafi

Dr. Rafael Springmann   {K:86479} 12/7/2004
Dear Surya,
Now that I have your e mail address, do you want me to send you my book?
My e mailaddress is in my bio, but I'll repeat it here: It's
rafael1930@bezeqint.net
Best regards,
Rafi

Shiv Kumar Surya   {K:13192} 12/7/2004
It is my pleasure to get your great book. Please send me.
Thanks to allow me to call you 'Rafi'.
I have sent you an email in detail.

Mark

ken osborn   {K:2997} 1/2/2005
Shiv - What a view! I'm not so sure that I would be able to perch upon the rock as has your subject, but to see and feel the grandeur would be worth conquering the fear. I checked your website and it was worth the visit. I left some comments there. Mister Ken

Andrej V   {K:6693} 1/4/2005
This one is really great!
But i thing that with croping 1 cm away in the bottom to eliminate the steap hill in the lower left corner would even increase the feeling of height!
Try it on you original image!
Andrej

Debarshi Duttagupta   {K:25889} 2/1/2005
