Love the angle and the composition, really add interest. It's just too bad the picture is a little blurry but find the choice of b&w really brings out the details in the sand and the bird. Keep up the good work.

this is an intriguing photo. if i'm interpreting this correctly, i would say that you purposely blurred everything but the little twig. it's like 'reverse' interest', ie. you purposely put the focus on something that's not moving or particularly interesting and bcz you've blurred the bird, all of a sudden the viewer is left wondering about this inanimate object. it's a plus that the bird's tail has that white 'arrow' on its' tail pointing towards the center of the pic. this is really quite a clever photo. well done! into my faves it goes.
