About We stopped off on this little island to relieve ourselves and while I was looking around so many great images rose up and I had to spend extra time capturing them with the old digital. This is just after slipping on a rock and finding my self straddling a rock and seeing stars as a result. Unfortunately my camera was in my right hand at the time and took a fair whack on the rock. As you can see it still takes photos just fine but has a few aging scars on its body. Being close to 50 myself I look fondly at things like that now. LOL

wonderful clarity here, good work Tim! I like the D70, good camera even after a few dings.

Another beautiful shot. Just amazing scenery. Hope you didn't end up as bruised as the camera ;o)

I love these rock shots, Tim!
Great lines and tones, as well as the superb detail we've come to expect from our D70s!!
Kind regards, Chris

This is beautiful place. Amazing classical landscape mix: sky, mountain, water, tree, and stones?

Regards,
M. Niciner

Tim the 70 is a tough bird. Mine rolled off the front seat with the 300MM on it as I braked for a deer in the road. Didn't hurt the deer, or the camera. Didn't get a picture either.

BTW, nice shot you can see the stratafication of the rocks very clearly in your shot.
