Nice composition and color. The kind of stuff I should be doing, but it seems that my camera only works underwater :-)

Mitra Nademi-Nassari   {K:20236} 11/10/2004
It is beautiful. Your photos are incredible both underwater and above water :) You are Good, Jim.

Jim Christensen   {K:18843} 11/10/2004
The underwater is the "other" jim Christensen a great underwater photographer from Florida.

Well seen and captured, Jim! Great contrast between the colours of the leaves and rocks.
Dave.

Great texture in the rocks, and lovely splash of colours. I'm with you, don't want to think of winter. It is a nice day here so can pretend we still have plenty of autumn left

Magnificent Jim. Always amazes me how they can survive in that sort of terrain.

Lovely stone outcropping, Hey did you know there was another Jim Christensen on this site at first i thought it was you, but all his photos are of diving. good shots too. BUt he lives in Oregon. For a minute i thought you were hiding your diving talent.

Jim Christensen   {K:18843} 11/10/2004
Tim
Interesting small world, he is the guy who got the request from the water project for my elk shot. he then contacted me through uf. Oregon? darn, I told someone he was in FLA. ;-) better start checking my sources

Tim  Schumm   {K:27204} 11/10/2004

The texture, tones, and color are excellent. I love how the red foliage grabs your attention and immediate focus. And then your eyes are left to wonder over the textures of the rock face.

Dorothy Di Liddo   {K:13772} 11/11/2004
What a wonderful contrast of colors and textures. Beautiful photo. Dottie

Tim Donnel   {K:1072} 11/19/2004
Nice find....we've been fortunate to have a longer fall season this year. Like the square crop here...works well.

Lori Stitt   {K:74464} 11/20/2004
This is FANTASTIC Jim. I LOVE IT!!
I would hang this one on my wall, in fact I have the PERFECT place for it! LOL :)

No kidding, I love it. The wonderful textures in the rocks/boulders are great, then that spectacular red foiliage between...WOW, can't get any better. I wouldn't be able to pass this one by!

Very nice work,
Lori :)

am going to make this a favorite
