About I took this photo of my sister some time ago and I kind of just left it alone because it was overexposed due to accidental flash usage. I just came across the picture again today and I was once again reminded of how much I love the picture and the expression on my sister's face. Any help in "repairing" this photo would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I kind of like what you've done with it already! It almost looks as if it's a drawing. Very pretty expression on her face, and I like the high key white out!

This is an amazing portrait as is! I would suggest erasing that patch on the left side of the image and add a thin border around the image. That's a fantastic effect out of the camera!

RE: DALE ANN

Thank you so much for your comment! I, too, adore the expression on her face. I thought I could pass this off as a high key photo, but was not sure. I have never created such a photo before. It is sort of a sway away from my "normal" children's shots. Thanks again!

RE: FADEL

Thanks for the wonderful comment and suggestions for my photo! I have attempted to follow your advice. Please let me know what you think. I have never created a border in Photo Shop before. I actually had to research how to do it! I am satisfied with the end result, but would like some further opinions on it. Thanks again!

Oops!! I noticed one teeny tiny problem with the border and just fixed it.

I think it's amazing now! I like your touch of letting the hair extends over the border in the lower right!

Thought that it was your postprocessing and it was your intention on the first look.

No, I wouldn?t change it, I love it this way :-)))

Very beautiful image. I would probably hit the levels once again to make the background whiter and blend it with the surroundings then give it a feather edge to soften the area around her face.

Thankyou so much Ciana for your wonderful comment on my image.
