About At the summit of the second highest peak of the Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) Range, you can find these symbols of love. Two people who love one another, bring one lock each, lock them together on this handrail at the summit, and throw the keys over the edge. This love is then said to last forever.

I climbed this peak yesterday, via the eastern steps, to an altitude of 1876 metres. It is virtually straight up the stone steps, with almost no flat sections. And this is the easy route. Unfortunately, this part of China is often shrouded in cloud, fog and mist, making a view of the surrounding peaks difficult to impossible. I hope that I can share the beauty of these mountains here at Usefilm, after my next visit to Huangshan in the near future.

Great story and I love the picture. Your perspective and the symbols and meaning of these locks is great. Your color tones are beautiful, and a great dof. Alison

Beautiful concept. I really like it. A little bondage never hurt anybody lol.
