Hi Ameed,
I like the tones and texture of the hair, she has a beautiful hair indeed.
Good PS work (as usual) and framing too.
About the quotation: "Sometimes a picture is more than a photo", of the meanings of "picture" is an image in the mind produced by a skilful description, also, a painting or drawing. And the meaning of "photograph" is a picture obtained by using a camera and film sensitive to light.
So, I think the meaning is that the image obtained in the mind sometimes is better than that obtained by the camera....
If it has another meaning I'll be pleased to know it.

I fully agree with you. Sometimes a picture, like a drawing, tells more about the person then just a photo. The expressions in the face are so much stronger sometimes. You have made a beautiful portrait of this princess!!!
