I've never seen these flowers before, Lori. Wonderful arrangement and amazing colors, but the best here is the perfect lighting IMO. Beautiful presentation.

Yes, I can relate to the night shifts, for many years my husband worked rotating shifts (National Weather Service), it's hard on the body!!

Lori this is beautiful!!!!! I love the composition and the way they r curving into each other!
Great editing in turning the background into this jet-black color that contrasts excellently with the sparkling colors, but there are some areas around the first flower from the bottom that needs darkening and tweaking at PS

Hi Lori, ovely still life, classical zpture you show here. The light of the flash is perfect, setting gentle highlites withoutmaking the look artificial or flash produced. The frame is very well complementing the pic. Like the subdued grey vs the bright colours. Regards Jorg
