About Just got the negatives back from my first ever roll of black and white film. I bought a cheap little Olympus XA 35mm compact camera from the late 70s/early 80s to give B&W to whirl. It's a great little camera with a good lens that has me working in a very different way to my normal approach where I always use a tripod. 'Seeing' black and white is also quite different to my normal approach which is to capture vibrant colours. Anyway, it's been good fun and very inexpensive!

This is a great shot Barry. It does indeed look like it is spidering out. What a spooky looking area. excellent

Hi Barry,

I really do like this - very structural. It has a real dark atmosphere, moody !!

Great work

I like this one! And such a great story regarding the shot! It's proof that you don't need all that expensive equipment to make good pictures.
