Very nice composition, the title is well chosen. I think it could have a litle more contrast maybe, but nice foto anyway. Regards

Vikas Dutt   {K:1249} 11/24/2004
A nice composed shot... Very well taken.

P. Christine Skinner   {K:27338} 11/24/2004
Indeed it is yet it does blend nicely with the cobblestone walkway, the barrels and the sacks which even look hand stitched together. There is a lovely soft contrast here Fabrice which also adds to the old time flavour with the vines trailing over the wall. Looks like mid afternoon light where everything is sun-drenched.

Maria José Barres   {K:11276} 11/24/2004
Great diagonal composition and grey scale.
Greetings.

Verena Rentrop   {K:14426} 11/24/2004
are you sure about the century ;)

seems like ages far away...

the composition is strong, the carriage which gets most of the attention, but still leaves enough space for the background...

Cheers,
Verena

Excellent composition. I love it!

Fabrice Gourbilleau   {K:53288} 11/25/2004
Thank you Verena.. YOu're right, when I saw it, it was like a return in the past, and I have imagined what could be the life in Paris some years ago..

Khaled Mursi Hammoud   {K:52315} 11/25/2004
Nice angle and B/W effect Fabrice,
I like the texture of the ground so much.
Beautiful grey tones too, well done Fabrice, regards,
Khaled.

Fabulous! Reminds me of paintings I've seen of that area. Simply charming and beautiful scene. (Now that's a homophonic sentence)

Christian Barrette   {K:21125} 12/1/2004

Merci Christian :)
