About Still playing with infrared filters (at the same day actually :). Yesterday I uploaded the picture with infrared Hoya R72, this one is with Cokin Infrared P007. the good thing with Cokin filter is not as dark as Hoya, so less shutter speed needed. and since I have P type, I can use any lens I wanted.
This one I used wider lens, and turned out some little "specators" (the little birds hanging on the rope) could be seen. they seem to be stand still for 10 second :) lol.

summary of comparison :)
yesterday : lens 50mm, Hoya R72, speed : 20s, white balance image reddish
today : lens 28-135mm (focal length 33mm), Cokin P007, speed : 10s, white balance image white paper.

hope you like this one too, thanks always for visiting and commenting to my photos.

Beautiful composition, the birds in the foreground add a nice touch. I like the IF effect. Good work!

Very well composed, nice effect and tone, congrats!!

Mark Susa   {K:2301} 11/24/2004
The two pictures are both beautiful, the previous one seems more dramatic and moody because of the higher contrast. Seems like the Cokin IR filter allows more visible light. The blue sky and the water, are they from a color version, without the IR filter, and blended with the IR image?

Neal Nye   {K:15827} 11/25/2004
This is really an interesting comparison. Both results are fascinating. I only wish IR filters weren't so expensive:)

Thanks a lot Mark :)
The blue sky and the water are also from the IR filter, but I swapped in the PS from red channel to blue channel.

Very nice capture Cessy, good experiment in IR
but the only objects affected by IRhere are the trees
there is a bluish overall cast I make a small color adjustment, and the trees retain their special color
what do you think?
Best regards dear friend

cessy karina   {K:14205} 12/2/2004
wow very nice Zeev, fabulous colors !! now how did you make these colors ? I love it very much. thank you for taking your time and effort. cessy

Zeev Scharf   {K:25093} 12/4/2004
HI Cessy I am glad you liked the adjusment
You have to play with the color balance in photoshop the blue yellow move it to the yellow
and a little bit red to cyan, experiment with them
to get balanced colors
Best regards my friend
