loved the lights and the shadow levels... well done!

Mr. M    {K:5514} 11/26/2004
red (red-made....) Ok it's your passion :-)
there's a nice soft modulation from red tone reflexted to white and your style extended to geometries of light. Nice work.
The red cabinet's color before version was better for me (probably for a "better" hour of the day :-)) ... I've seen a blue apperaring and disappearing ... Warning: Creative "at work" :-D

emily savva   {K:21113} 11/26/2004
now that i see both versions in your portfolio, i think i prefer this one more... the blood-red is more appealing and the shadowplay on the wall more well defined... still the geometry is exquisite in both versions... love this lines of yours... very well done Jeanette... emy :)

Jeanette Hägglund   {K:59985} 11/26/2004
Hello Mr M - yes the blue one disappeared because I changed my mind. ....no warnings needed! :) I also was about to post a shot from a view in Uppsala where all of you on UF could have seen something more than just abstracts and minimalism - but I changed my mind about that too. I have another serie waiting and are just not sure....hm! Yes...

:)

Jeanette

Yep. In comparison to the previous one, I think this is a much cleaner shot. Again a very effective use of lighting to create a bit of tension and photographic details in this shot. Good stuff!

Cheers,

Hugo

Hi there Mr M, again! I have noticed the big diffrence by looking at this image on a MAC and a PC. Today sitting with a PC, it?s so much darker and almost boring red......

But red... indeed it is!

The adjustments... are truly much perfected... in a manner that shows clear skill... and some patience!

Well done... it should make you proud!

Giuliano Guarnieri   {K:34466} 12/1/2004
Hello Mrs.J,
thanks a lot for your comments on "Mr.M's life" project.
This gave me the opportunity to know you and to visit your portfolio :-)
I like very much the geometrics and the colours of your picture. They are usually very simple and well defined. At the end your pictures loose the real sense of the single object and you open a new point of view made by a geometric and essential mix of colours, lines and shadows.
Really really nice!
Bye

Giuliano Guarnieri

Dorothy Di Liddo   {K:13766} 12/1/2004

Carmem A. Busko   {K:48763} 12/7/2004
I?ll have to spend a day here in portfolio, Jeanette... I?m missing so many excellent graphisms these days!!!
You are doing something very similar to Ama Tor shots.. do you know his work?

Very impressive.. and I like both editions.
Cheers!
Carmem

Jeanette Hägglund   {K:59985} 12/7/2004
Carmem - similar to Ama Tor? No no, I don?t think so! But thanks, that was kind.

Thankyou Carmem for your comment. I have to check yours again :)

Jeanette

Hermen Pen   {K:9117} 12/9/2004
Beauitiful composition, I think the clear background is definitely an improvement, it makes the image more abstract. I also like the shadows better than in the previous version.

Dirck DuFlon   {K:35779} 12/16/2004
Excellent! I love the graphical quality of this (again :) and the subtlety of the shadows projected off the box. Great work!

david george   {K:481} 12/17/2004
very haunting image,as are all the others on this site.

NN     {K:26787} 12/27/2004
Great red + great light ~ símple & beautiful work!

James Hager   {K:6285} 1/14/2005
Wonderful. I like this remade version much better than the original. The red is really intense (looks liek wet paint), and I like the way the shadows come from the visible corner of the red.

Anna Mortensson   {K:353} 1/16/2005
Perfekt!!!!!!!!!!!!

Elsje Fiederelsje   {K:6320} 1/20/2005
Simple but very beautiful!!! Well done!!!

Greetz Elly
