Hi Jorg, I really like this. Remember one thing. The lens does not a photograph make but the photographer does make the lens. You certainly made the lens shine here. Great capture, excellent composition and detail and tone.

Excellent title, so cute and beautiful natural look image. I know it is still new with your lens but I like to now the result of this lens, `cos the main problems I encountered with Canon 10D is the softness of the capture, I had to do a difficult calculation for each and different shot to get sharp clear image, which is the opposite result with the Nikon 100D.Though this image looking great apart from some area of over exposure like the foreground left sea lion, which can be avoided with average metering mode reading, marvelous job, regards. Saeed

The super-shiny coats of these animals drew me into the image right away... almost like liquid copper! A little more DOF to capture the second sea-lion in focus would have been awesome as well, but I love the melee of creatures in this image anyways. My eyes follow around the light and shaodws, sea-lion hutning!
The lighting is wonderful!
thanks for the recent comments... much appreciated!
