Great location - good overall exposure - some blown white lights, but that is unavoidable. This might be a great location to shoot at dusk with some cloud cover over the water. That way you could get some of the night lights, but enough ambient lighting to add the water detail and sky.

It was for a building in front of the bridge nermeen, from the 11th floor, tooooooooooooo high :)
