Thanks for looking my friend, I did have too take decision in really quick moment too decide too have ice-cream in picture or cot frame of here head, so this was the result, in this case I think ice-cream is more important in this picture :)

I am not an expert but I think, vertical frame would work much better in this situation. Reflection of the lamp in the eyes doesn't work for me.
