Howie, I think this is one of my favorite shots of yours. It's the crispness of the picture and the sincere feeling the father has (not one of those "posed" feeling shots of dad and child). I really really really think this is great! Well shot, great lighting, perfect focus. It's poster quality.

Beautifully done Howie, they will be overjoyed to see this I am sure :-)

Best wishes,

I really like the way he is looking down and his light skin is against the dark shirt. I've got a shoot next Wednesday and I will be thinking of this one. Thanks! T.

Beautiful shot love the motion blur of her little hand , Howie how do you like the 20d , Is there anything you dont like , I am going to purchase one in April for my Weddings and newspaper work.

To be honest Dan there isn't a lot not to like about the 20D. The low iso 800 and above is excellent. Instant startup, 5fps in Raw mode,it's very efficient at what it does. It doesn't blow out highlights like my old 10D did which is another bonus :)

It should be quick enought for newspaper photos and definately good enough for weddings. I've enclosed one of the wedding photos I took using the 10D and 28-135 IS lens. I have much better lenses now and wish I had them when I photographed this wedding. Still, we can only photograph what we can photograph at the time.

Hopefully by April, the prices will drop for you too:)

beautiful shot howie. The hand in motion is a bit distracting but that beautiful face makes up for it :) Love that 20D !

Lovely moment. The baby's bright eyes are very special.

And thanks for the reactions to the 20D. I also am thinking about an upgrade to my wonderful 10D, even considering the (very pricey) 1D Mark II. Now--about those lenses . . .

Regards,
--George
