Hi Michael, The slightly varying tones in the oposite corners fit very well, but I wonder why you choose to make the images on the left wider than those on the right. On one hand, it removes the centered layout, but on the other hand, it reduces the effectiveness of the use of the different tones. But That's only a side issue. The horizontal selection of the shots, more cluttered on top, and increasingly harmoniously below sure is effective...:)

Cheers,

Hugo

Hugo or anyone:

What is your favorite of the 4 above?

Hugo de Wolf   {K:185017} 12/6/2004
Hi Michael, My favourite of the four would be the lower right one. I think the more yellowish tone, as well as the harmonious composition makes it the strongest of the four.

Top Right would be my second choice, because of the figure in the foreground, creating a good diagonal line, which add a quite substantial tension in the shot.

Cheers,

Hugo
