Think there is a way in PS to make sky blue, although I looked, I couldn't find it. Care to comment please??

Larry. There are several ways of doing it. By using the Colourize option under Adjustments/He and Saturation. Or adding a sky from another image. Or altering your colours in the Red/Green/Blue under adjustments. I have attached my version whrere I removed the sky and added a Glitterato layer that I then colourized. I then adjusted the levels on your building and altered the Histogram Adjustment Levels, then added a different border. What do you think?
