I love the idea of the image of reflection but I am not sure about the feeling of the photo. I can not decide on what part of photo to concentrate. However as a documantry photograph it is great.

PERFECT!
Well always the use of a reflected texture is great but here you use it very wisely! You cut out of the frame his hands, the watcher asking what could he is doing there and the answare cames from the reflection that feal up the all scene! That tell everything and that tells why that shot is a BiP! You are a really photographer (I am sure you are pro, is that right? :-D) and your photos makes the world looks more emotive!
