About This is from Ingleton again, from a sheltered gully with little light really. It gave it such a deep natural saturation in the water and on the mosses.

I chose to put this one up as I like the reverse C shape of the rocks.

Taken with my deceased 24-85USM.... though the good news is that ESURE heard my story and said that I'd have a nice new one, and the filters that went with it, before Christmas.

So it came good after all - and I got more than enough waterfall shots for 4 lifetimes!

Ade, this is just exceptional. The detail and colour is just amazing.

Hey, just been offered a 10D and Canon 20-35 USM all in for £800. I think it is a bit too high but there is room to tango so still considering.

Steve

Cheers Steve.

Both Damian and I came to the conclusion that the first few shots we took were our best.... this was about number 5 of the day! The light was really diffuse at the time so them there colours jumped out at me!

I sold the 300D, got £420 for it - so the upgrade was £140. NOt bad when you think the gap was over £500 at one time.

How much are 20 - 35 USM's new. not a length I'm familiar with, but USM is a delight to use.

Have you used a 10D? If not, we should meet up so you can check it out.

Other good news is that I pleaded my case to ESURE and they are getting my new lens and filters for me! There is a god.... or is it just Xmas?

Cheers

Ade

Hi Ade, please email me details of this insurance company. I better get mine on cover just in case something daft happens. Knowing me and my bad back I will probably get knocked off my feet by a butterfly ;-)
