Nice colours and the slow exposure's created a pleasing effect on the waves. I'm not sure the composition's perfect - the foreground trees are a little green and bold for the rest of the image.

very nice! the slow shutter's really made the water look beautiful.

Very nice shot!

Ana Martins   {K:5643} 12/13/2004
Lindas cores, e a onda a rebentar parece uma névoa.
demais!
Um abraço,
Ana

excellent capture!! the slow shutter makes this really effective!

Paulo Machado   {K:4482} 1/27/2005
Valeu, Gustavo.

Nice photo. It just looks that polariser was not turned correctly because sky is a bit overexposed, and the trees on left side look too dark. But still very good capture of the moment and the movement. 6/7

Beautiful colours, the low shutter-speed makes the water look so good.

Regards,
Ciprian

While I do like the slow shutter effect on the waves, I wonder if you set the shutter just a bit faster; could you have kept the softness in the water and cut down on the exposure of the sky? I think there may be a happy medium. Overall, this is still a stunning shot . . . one to be proud of!

Doyle I

Doyle, thanks for the visit.
This picture was done with a compact digital camera and the dynamic range isn´t very good, so the blown highlights.
