About I just happen to come across these barefoot monks doing walking meditation along a street in Saigon. In one of the least peaceful cities in the world, this man was truly in a state of peace

Congrats! Love the light on the subject!! Strong message: Goes to prove, "Inner peace is what is more important and is attainable anywhere, if one wants to". A whole lot of leaders with that would lead to World Peace.

Casey,
This was a somewhat risky picture (angle of the camera to the sun), but it came out nicely! Keep up the good work. jwm

The composition and light are beautiful. Great shot.
Perhaps you would be kind to describe what you used , film, exposure, etc? Beautiful image.

Casey Scholz   {K:293} 12/17/2004
Alx

This shot was fairly straightforward. I took it with a Nikon D70 digital camera. The lighting is enhanced by the fact that sun was coming straight down on his shaved head, and also reflecting off of a copper bowl that he was holding in his hands.

Roberto Arcari Farinetti   {K:191948} 12/17/2004
