Lovely light. I think that the really remarkable power of this photo lies in the pose. The baby's posture is essentially the same of his father. Tender and beautiful, I can see why this supercedes any other candidates for this year's best shot!

this is truly a great photo and it shows so much of how it feels when you become a father. Nice work. The man will love you for that photo.
What I really like is the little background info you add to each photo. That add so much more to a photo. It becomes an entire story not just a snapshot. I will try to add that to my photos, too.

This is stunning. The tones are just perfect. I love the contrast of the skin tones. Perfect milky skin of the baby and nice tanned skin of the father. You caught this moment perfectly. Great Job!!

This image has so much impact, it exudes love.
I have ALWAYS loved this type of portrait.
I like everything about this, the closed eyes especially. Soft lighting. And the difference in skins is AWESOME!!!
