As much as I think the child running among the cows is sweet, I think it distracts from the queue of cows, all perfectly lined up. Here's a crop of your picture, focusing just on the three cows in the line, and trying to maintain as much height to the picture as possible. I think what it loses in whimsy, it gains in composition. But what do you think?

Featured Critique
I like both of those other images very much. I especially like the one of the family walking away, with the child between the parents. However, I think I like this one of the cows best because the cows themselves are very well exposed, and at the same time, you have the hazy mountains in the background.
Well, really, I just like them all! It's such beautiful scenery and you did a great job capturing the view and setting a peaceful mood.

Lovely Cessy.
Been reading all the reactions .. this is a kind of picture that can work in all directions, formats, crops etc .. but it's the photographer's choice to make it in a certain way ;-)
