Great expression, and i like the composition, IMHO the jacket especially your daughter's left arm is overexposed, and instead of you being drawn to her face by the good composition, you can't help but notice the overexposure.

Great shot of her - she certainly won't be a child that says "you never took any photos of me!"  Good job with this Howie - the contrast is perfect and the feeling is STRONG here.
