Beautiful light on this. I really like the way it plays on her hair and the side of her face. The expression is fantastic. DOF is excellent. Did you PS it by any chance. I only ask because the strands of her hair in the sky are so perfect and if you did, I want to know how you managed the hair so well. T.

love the incredible depth of field here. Her face could use a tad more light. Thank you for all of your generous comments on my images. It is really rewarding to have a such a talented photographer take the time to critique my work. :)

The photo is pretty much right out of the camera with no adjustment (only rescaling). I love a shallow depth of field effect so my favorite lens is the 85/1.8 that I use wide open all the time.
Thanks everyone for their comments!

I am so drawn to this photo, but your portfolio is beautiful! You can definitely see and feel your passion in your images! On this one I really like where you placed the horizon and the colors of it. I too LOVE the DOF the 1.8 gives you. I also really like the composition and watching her try to decide. :)
