Another excellent shot of New Mexico! Were you actually at White Sands for the shot or Alamagordo? Did you just happen to be in NM when the clouds and everything were perfect?

Morgan, I was in White Sands, out in the dunes happily shooting away when a nasty cloud took away the light I had been using to bring out the ripples in the dune. While I was waiting for the cloud to pass, I decided to shoot it because it had an interesting form. So, that's the story behind the shot.
