The 5 second exposure creates a nice effect with 'multiple' fireworks explosions. Interesting to see the contrast between the sharp fireworks and the less bright but blurres car/bicycle lights. Kind of plays with my mind!

Lovely street photograph Hugo, so much going on. It is funny, on my compact I have been dropping the exposure on nightshots by -0.3EV or I tend to get grain in the sky - particularly at ISO100 or above !!

hugo, unbelievable clarity. it feels like the day i got my glasses for the first time. zero noise. beautiful towns make for beautiful compositions, no? but the best part is the combination of fireworks and traffic lights. very cool!

I can hear the fireworks! The sparkle in this is enough to make me start screaming Happpy Newww Yearrrrr all over again..lol. The mixture of elements in this is fantastic...fog/haze, bright light, soft light, clear, crisp, dark, soft, sharp. It's organized chaos and I love it.
