I like the usage of b&w here, the soft tone around the monks, the proud pose of the left one, perhaps proud is not the best word here...can't think of a better word...and the voluable robes...

This is another one of those shots which appears not to be getting the recognition it deservs. It really is fantastic but I am sure you already know that :)
