Hi Burak. Nice photo, unusual. Good composition, putting the kids off to the right and letting the ballons take you across the seascape.
Not sure why it is "gaining money". Maybe an explanation of what they are doing would help. So, if left to my imagination, I assume these kids somehow have a game for people to play and win prizes by picking out a ballon?

these children tied balloons on a cord.the customers aim to the balloons with a gun given by these children(these guns are not real,they are toys).So they gain money.they are not always children gaining money this way.Some adults also do the same to gain money.
