I must give you a 7 on this one. Great image with REAL FILM and real Film Camera

Hi Omar, spooky lighting... A very well composed image, and I like the kind of worn down atmosphere as well as what looks like a single point lightsource. Good image. Even with 24mm, some distortion can be seen; not sure if that fits with this theme. Might've been impossible, but I would've tried to take this with a 50mm lens, to make it apear as is...

Cheers,

Hugo

I concur. Unfortunately I was perched on a thin ledge between the stairwell and a one storey drop into the street below! So I decided to stay put and use the 24, not the 50 (even the 35 was not wide enough).
thanks for all your recent comments.
Omar

Thanks, Chuck, an honour from you.
I started with a digital, but realised that the only way to really learn is with a manual film camera.
Regards,
Omar

hi omar,

a very moody shot, great lighting and shadows. the geometry distorsion is a bit weird, you may try tools like PT Lens to get rid of it.

good one anyway.

Thanks, Jennifer!
I really like Provia too. I find it more versatile than Velvia but still with great colour saturation.

Great glow! And I like the curving of the lines (reminds of the 35 mm on my Leica!) - Very moody color shot - H
