Apart from the statement, written on the wall by some unknown person, it's the contrast betwen static elements and the dynamism of the passing subway that makes this image tick. It has a lot of tension, the hint at 911, making time stop for a while, but also the moving subway, implying that life has prevailed, and continues on it's own pace. Very strong image. I do like the way this one makes me think. Excellent shot and welcome to UseFilm.
Cheers,
Hugo
