I like it in black and white, and i like this style of putting two pics next to each other, with like a few seconds time gap. Creative!
The way she's not looking anywhere near the camera looks interesting too, like she's not aware of it.

Here's an idea Josh....With the risk of sounding like some old fart, I remember when I started messing about with photography many years ago. I shot everything and everyone but lacked focus. One of the problems with digital these days is that sometimes we click away in the hope that magic will occur.

My mission to you..should you accept...is to set yourself a mini project. For example "Family Life" in BW. Then take as many shots as you see fit...choose 6....and comment on why you chose them.

Try also to stay away from any heavy PS work at this stage. The shot needs to initialy be able to stand on its own two feet first. No great detail but you need to have a clear reason why you chose those over the others. This is where digital comes into its own as speed is an advantage.
