Hi Don, I find it very interesting to see what such an overview of the white sands series, with a less specific primary subject, does to the appeal of the image. Although it's a very well taken shot, with definately a high quality, I think the more zoomed in shot you posted before is stronger, as it limits the view more, but leaving more to the viewers interpretation.

Like I said: awesome landscape, but less captivating than the previous one.

Hi, It would be easy to do, just flip the image. In a scene like this there are no landmarks so it could have been done. Great suggestion. Don.
