Hi Bill, it's always good to see this impressive bridge displayed well.
This is an interesting angle...I've taken photos there a bunch of times - but never at dusk. Works well w/ the Rochambeau statue guiding your eye towards the bridge.

I think the statue makes this photo all the better. The sky is nice but the statue adds another dimension as well as a sort of partial frame for the photo. Well done.
