Spectacular - love the way you've captured all the colors so well here. Very nicely done.

So that's how you recover after being outside in the cold, taking those snow scenes! Great still life, Pat!

Hi Pat, back to the real stuff... Like the low POV and shallow DOF here. Very good still life. I just feel a bit ambiguous about the fact that the image seems slightly distorted (a shear/skew?); any deliberate reason for that? Like the atmosphere. Good wine in a rural, but comfortable setting. Nothing posh, just enjoying good stuff. Apart from the distortion a very good shot... Couldn't help myself. Needed to fix it to fully enjoy... Per attached also a variation on the composition

Cheers,

Hugo

Thanks Hugo, I noticed after I posted it. It's tilted to the left a bit too. No deliberate reason.. I like the square crop which is odd for me. I have been called rectangle man on more than one ocasion.

And you can't full enjoy until you get to the botrtom of the bottle.....

Didn't think so....

Wonderful composition! nice tones and contrasts.
Very nice, indeed.
Thanks for your kind comments regarding my bio pic. It was taken last week at a local club.
I was shooting photos of the band and the guy behind me asked to take a picture of me and my girlfriend. She didn't care for her picture, so I cropped it out and softened the background. I liked mine, so I decided to post it. Anyway, compliment appreciated, thanks!
