great Shot, the contrast between the sea grass in the foreground, and the wild looking sea and sky is striking. Kaikoura area? Having the location(in NZ) would be nice for us ex-pats living in the US.

Beautiful photo Jody... I love the west coast of NZ and can rememebr many happy hours around Muriwai, Piha, Glinks Gully (nr Dargville) and 90 mile beach... Looking forward to coming back for a holiday this year too. this image has superb use of depth of filed and also colour composition to draw the eye back to the foreground. This is simply magnificent!
