Another WOW here! That is so amazing!
I have to say, I am VERY jealous! Actually, although I say I have the 70-200 L with image stabilizer, it's actually a Sigma 70-200 with image stabilizer. I don't mean to tell lies, they don't give a sigma option. I would absolutely love to have 400mm L series lense. Actually, any L series lense...
I hope to buy a macro lense for this summer. I'm actually looking into buying a Canon Mark II, 1D.
Maybe I should stick to my 10D and buy that L series after all.

I use a plugin for Photoshop called NeatImage. You have to pay for it, it's about US $25. In the UK that's about £13 at the moment. Why don't you email me a photo, let me run it though the plugin, then I'll send it back to you. Then you can see if it's worth the money?

Cheers Steve (not TOM!!!!)

You have a tough but enjoyable choice to make! My guess is that in 2 years the 1D Mark II will be old news (the 10D & 20D even more so) & the 100-400 will still be a great lens. I know which will depreciate faster!

A good A4 print with a 10D or 20D will still look just as good in 2 years time!!

Regards
Steve.

Jim, I know what you mean, I bought 100-400 just before Christmas & it seems like I've been stuck on ISO 800 ever since. Very frustrating!
