Thanks Ryan, Yes I used toilet paper over the flash to try to diffuse the light a little.

Hi Jody
Well I will try my best to critic your shots. In this one You have a beautiful setting but your shot is not balanced. All your elements are to the left and falls empty on the right. Our eyes are used to read from left to right so it is always good to put your center of interest to the right. Usually you can easily see the difference by flipping your shot horizontally. It will look weird at the beginning because YOU know the way it is suppose to be. Not a law but most of the time it will work better. Aslo the use of a flash is a definite no no for me. Instead you need to use ND grad filters. This will make any shot more natural looking. You already have a eye for composition so the only thing you need is some fine tuning. I have no doubt that you will master the art pretty soon.
