Same general location as the last post, excpet this one I was knelt in some wet gravel with the 10D at ISO400 to get a decent shutter speed in this rapidly falling light.
I brought the graininess out in this one by firstly boosling the saturation quite a way with HUE/Sat. Wasn't happy with the colours, so went next for the Channel Mixer and ended up going mono.
I think this was about 150% blue channel, a tiny bit of green and negative on the red - that really brought out the grain.
It's not a typical Ade photo, it's got birds in for starters, but I quite like the strange angle, the almost uncomposed feel of it (I did wait for the main swan to swim in to frame) and the dark overtones.
but does it work...?
